PLYMOUTH - Rev. Dr. William J. Barber, II, president of the North Carolina NAACP, will speak tonight in Plymouth, North Carolina at the New Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m.. This will be the second stop in a more than ten stop tour across the state to mobilize North Carolinians for the Moral March on Raleigh HKonJ People's Assemblyon February 8, 2014.
