Tami Fitzgerald, bring a bunch of lawyer together to say that if Amendment 1 passing it won’t impact NC Domestic laws.
Jeff Hunt, a District Attorney from Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania Counties said, "I urge the public to take a look at this. Do not fall for false analyses. I am amazed that these claims are even being made by lawyers, but I can assure you that the Amendment does not weaken our protections of children. It does not weaken the 50b and 50c protections. It does not weaken domestic violence protections in any way."

Each one a lawyer who in the pass has lie in court, have used double talk to get their clients off of major charges all for Money.. In the future they would most likely used the Amendment for their clients in Domestic Violence and Child Custody cases.. Simply but can we really trust this group of lawyers to really speak the truth. No we can’t. With Phil Berger being one of, while just look what he has done in the NCGA.
