TEXAS -- TSA pulled down a 17-yr-old girl's dress to expose her breasts. Since she is a relative of a U.S. Congressman, a federal investigation has begun into t
he incident.
Representative Ralph Hall of Texas said his gran-niece, 17, was 'badly mistreated' when she had her dress pulled down during security screening at an airport.

Libertarians Call On Florida Sheriffs To Arrest TSA Agents

Finally, someone taking notice of what TSA is doing is wrong and against the law, state and federal.

Dear Sheriff,

On this day in 1776, our forebears founded this Nation by declaring their independence from an oppressive government. This beautiful and timeless document expressed the self-evident truth that all people have certain inalienable rights, upon which no government can infringe. They asserted that governments are formed among men to secure these rights, not to impede or restrict them.

The Libertarian Party of Florida is reaching out to you, and to all of Florida's 67 Constitutional Sheriffs. We, The People of the State of Florida must turn to you as our last line of defense against a federal government that is usurping authority and ignoring the rule of law.

I am referring specifically to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and their egregious violations of the United States Constitution, as well as the Florida Constitution and state law.

Every single day, TSA employees conduct electronic and bodily searches upon tens of thousands of Florida citizens and visitors at airports, and more recently at bus terminals, rail stations, and highways. They are searching the persons and seizing the effects of travelers without warrant or probable cause. Specifically, they are in blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which reads as follows:

TSA Sends Letter Assuring Photographers’ Rights

There have been many different interpretations of the photography portion of this post, so I wanted to clarify things a bit. We recognize that using video and photography equipment is a constitutionally protected activity unless it interferes with the screening process at our checkpoints. While our current policy remains the same, TSA is reviewing our guidance to officers at the checkpoint to ensure consistent application. Our goal is to protect passenger’s rights, while safeguarding the integrity of the security process. *** FPS Information Bulletin

TSA Agents doing their own thing.

They love to make up new laws while felling you up, but can’t follow there own rules. Even if there is signs to remind them.

I guess after a long day feeling up men, women and kids, you get hot and bother, and you can’t relieve yourself the way you want, so what do you do; You grab a smoke in a no smoking area, after all you been breaking the laws that everyone out side of the airport as to following every day, so you feel you can break the laws outside of the place as well..

I wonder if they try to harass the photographer who took this photo.. Since the TSA is now trying to ban all camera and video, after many have shown all the laws these folks are breaking everyday and getting away with in the name of security..

NPPA Letter to TSA

#tsa #photography #personalrights

Via Photography isn’t a Crime

The Transportation Security Administration is considering changing its policy on photographing security checkpoints after several videos depicting questionable incidents between passengers and TSA screeners were posted on Youtube.

The reason it is considering changing its policy stems from a Youtube video that was recorded in Phoenix when a woman opted-out of the metal detectors and chose to get patted down by a TSA screener.

The woman began yelling hysterically that she had been molested by the screener.

The Don’t Touch my Junk Rally

Yes folk in Taxes is planning a rally against the TSA in Texas

junkAUSTIN, Texas –  Dozens gathered at the Capitol in Austin on Saturday demanding a stop to TSA officers "touching their junk" at the airport.

Rally attendees are hoping to call attention to a recently proposed Texas bill that would limit TSA searches and enforce criminal charges for TSA officers if they touch someone inappropriately. The bill passed unanimously in the House, but died in the Senate.
