I can't emphasize enough how big this is.
This week's decision from the 9th Circuit striking down California's Prop 8 defining marriage as the union of a husband and wife is one of the biggest cases to EVER come out of the 9th Circuit.
For the first time in 40 years, the Supreme Court is faced with a case that could force same-sex marriage on the entire nation.
And that's why I'm forwarding this email to you. I want to make sure you saw it and had the chance to support our efforts to defend your voice and your vote across the country. Because this could prove to be marriage's greatest victory...or its greatest setback. I'm supremely confident in our ability to win this case—but we need the resources to give it the best possible defense.

He so sure that they will win, that the email he is talking is plea for money.. and a very large sum at that.. We all know if they (USSC) refuse to hear the case Gay marriage will start again in CA.
We could hope they would hear the case and rule that every gay person in the America has the right to marry… What would these bigots do then?
