Marsha Blackburn the racist bigot of Tennessee
Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) on Monday openly admitted that she opposed the latest reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) because it included protections for LGBT, Native American, and undocumented victims of domestic violence.
Yes she think the VAWA is only for Straight white women only. She doesn’t care if Black, Latino or native American women are abuses, and if they are lesbians then they get what they deserve.
On MSNBC, Blackburn pointed out that the latest iteration of the law protects “different groups” and thus dilutes funding for straight, non-Native American women with the proper documentation:
When you start to make this about other things it becomes an “against violence act” and not a targeted focus act… I didn’t like the way it was expanded to include other different groups. What you need is something that is focused specifically to help the shelters and to help out law enforcement, who is trying to work with the crimes that have been committed against women and helping them to stand up.
This is a racist that would make the KKK or Nazi’s happy to have on their side.
Who knows maybe one day Charles Blackburn will beat the hell out of her in front of her daughter Mary, while telling their son Chad that women are nothing at all, that they don’t deserve protection under the law, that they are trash.. After all they live Tennessee, and she is from Mississippi.

Charlotte might be the first to lose it Domestic Partner Benefits
James fired off the following email to County Manager Harry Jones and county legal staff early Wednesday morning:
Since Amendment One has passed when will we get a memo or something that outlines what changes we need to make to our health plan to be in compliance? I recall when the Democrats on the Commission forced the issue and added these benefits for homosexuals that a number of legal experts said it was illegal then – including the City attorney. Now that Amendment one has passed it obviously is illegal to offer this benefit as there is now only one ‘domestic legal union’ recognized in the state.
Prior to the vote most scholars (left and right) said that Amendment One would eliminate local faux ‘marriage’ benefits for homosexual employees. I would cite them but you know them all too well.
Still, I would like to know when the Board can expect information on the changes Amendment One wrought (or are we going to break the law and spend scarce resources on litigation we will likely loose)?

The bigots are claiming Hollywood elite Orchestrated the Prop8 ruling
"We are not surprised that this Hollywood-orchestrated attack on marriage–tried in San Francisco–turned out this way. But we are confident that the expressed will of the American people in favor of marriage will be upheld at the Supreme Court. Every pro-marriage American should be pleased that this case can finally go to the U.S. Supreme Court. The ProtectMarriage.com legal team’s arguments align with every other federal appellate and Supreme Court decision on marriage in American history." - Brian Raum, Senior Counsel for Alliance Defense Fund.

Legislators talk gay marriage ban at local church Read
Talking about mixing state and religion,
Three state representatives and two state senators, whom represent all or part of Gaston, attended at town hall meeting on Thursday night in opposition of same-sex marriage.
Sen. Kathy Harrington, Sen. James Forrester, Rep. Kelly Hastings, Rep. John Torbett and Rep. Bill Current sat on the platform at Restoring Hope Foursquare church in Dallas.
The five legislators, all Republicans, answered questions posed by the 60-member audience and received no vocal opposition to their positions on gay marriage.
I bet all the answers were from a bigoted point of view..
Forrester claims.
“If this bill does not pass then homosexuality will be taught into public school as the norm,” Forrester said. “Do you want that? No. The homosexuals want to have their lifestyle considered normal.”
lets not for get this little piece of bigotry,
“We need to reach out to them and get them to change their lifestyle back to the one we accept,” he said.
Just who the hell does he think he is, where does he get off telling folks what life style is the correct one.
He forgets that being a Physician, has hazards too, like being a alcoholic, drug addiction, and suicide, are the top three and high rate of divorce..
Applause for Southern Style Bigotry…
The town hall meeting began with a prayer and several people asked questions, mostly for clarification. Everyone in attendance seemed to be in support of the bill.
Forrester received a standing ovation at one point and Rep. Hastings received a round of applause about an hour into the meeting when he said that we needed a new president of the United States.
Forrester said that “it looks to me that we’re the only state in the South” that doesn’t have a constitutional amendment specifying that marriage is between one man and one woman.
Now Forrester joins the bagger, over his dislike for the first African-American President.. No wonder why the GOP in the south what to push the clock back to a time of slavery.. They are piss that our country is willing to put it past behind us and move on to fair country were an African-American or any other race (American born) can become President.. No more the good ole white boy club..

Michele don’t like the Illegal Aliens babies, whom are US Citizens..
Late last week at a campaign stop in South Carolina, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) revived a debunked conservative talking point about so-called “anchor babies” — a derogatory term for the American-born children of undocumented immigrants who are full citizens under the 14th Amendment.
But Bachmann, who professes to revere the Constitution, suggested that these American citizens with foreign parents are somehow here “illegally” and that the “anchor baby” problem should be dealt with through legislation:
Bachmann, who was also asked about her position on illegal immigration, told the audience she thinks it is possible through legislation to stop the “anchor baby” problem of children born to mothers living illegally in the United States. When that happens she said, “A whole new set of implications arise for the United States. I do not believe that the American taxpayer should be paying benefits to people who are in the United States illegally.”
Does she not know how many of these “anchor Babies” are no longer babies but now are legal US Voters.. That she is telling these citizens you are not worth anything, that you are not a true US Citizens.. These are not the qualities that we seek in a President..
Her bigotry and hatred of so many US citizens is showing day after day..
She even co-sponsored a very unconstitutional bill call the Birthright Citizenship Act.
The 14th Amendment provides that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States . . . are citizens of the United States,” with a narrow exception for children of ambassadors and other people who aren’t subject to U.S. law.
Bachmann’s bill openly defies this constitutional guarantee by declaring that the children of undocumented immigrants no longer enjoy birthright citizenship.
Michele must go period.. I would rather have Bush back before having her.. for our first Female President.

Not this Shit Again..
Harvey: Kids should not be put in the confusing position of having a teacher they like and respect in many ways who’s also known to be practicing homosexual behavior. Of course that’s where many of our children in public schools today find themselves because the National Education Association not only allows but applauds and defends openly homosexuality and even transvestite teachers…. The fact is that no homosexuality should be in our schools, period. When people leave that behavior behind, then they might be qualified for a job involving children. Out and proud homosexuals should not have jobs that involve children. I know that’s not the current policy in many schools but it should be.
Linda Harvey launched into another anti-gay tirade on her radio show on Friday, criticizing the National Education Association for supporting the rights of gays and lesbians to become teachers.

Brian and Greg Quinlan on LGBT folks, whom are going after Mr. Bachmann
The following was completely taken from NOM Website, word for word..
We've been following with concern the organized efforts by gay activists to demonize Michele Bachmann's husband.
Greg Quinlan, President of Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays and Executive Director of Equality and Justice For All comes to Mr. Bachmann's defense -- and to the defense of others who are not given a voice:
Why have gay activists instigated media attention over ex-gays and the husband of Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann?
Apparently, Mr. Bachmann, who has a PhD in clinical psychology, operates several counseling centers which also offer services to homosexual clients seeking to overcome unwanted same-sex attractions. But because even one ex-gay proves that homosexual behavior is not innate or immutable, the gay lobby's fear of their former members results in false claims and attacks aimed at preventing homosexuals from exercising their right to self-determination. They cannot bear to have even one homosexual leave homosexuality, hence their outrage at Dr. Bachmann.
I know because I am ex-gay myself. I suffer more harassment as a former homosexual than I ever did as an out and proud homosexual.
The ex-gay community includes thousands of former homosexuals like myself who benefited from counseling. We did not choose our homosexual feelings, but we did exercise our right to seek help to change those feelings. As a registered nurse, I saw hundreds of gay men die of AIDS before I finally left the gay lifestyle.
Contrary to the myths being generated by outraged homosexuals, counseling for unwanted same-sex attractions is not prohibited by any medical association. Unhappy homosexuals are not children in need of parental permission and can freely choose their own therapeutic treatment just like anyone else.
The Bachmann incident demonstrates that as homosexuals gain more civil rights, heterosexuals are losing theirs. Because gays are a wealthy and politically powerful minority, they claim access to media attention, political power and corporate influence that middle America does not have. –PFOX
First off one can not change who they truly are. Quinlan claims he has like so many other ex-gays. Yet, many of those ex-gays are gay once more. However those that are still claiming to be ex-gay, I bet if you search their homes (fully) and computers I bet you will find their hidden porn… Many of these ex-gays still watch men on the streets as well, many I bet still visit the adult bookstores backrooms, and the parks…
Now NOM is a complete total different story, they are in this for the money and money only.. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ millions and millions of dollars come in and go out of their coffers. Most accounted for, but I bet a lot isn’t..
though I not a big fan of TWO, read here to read more about Quinlan
