Judge Ware just issued his decision denying the motion to vacate Judge Walker's historic decision in the Prop 8 case. That motion had alleged that Judge Walker was biased because he is gay and in a long-term relationship with a man. Judge Ware found that there was no basis for thinking Judge Walker was biased or that his decision was invalid.
