Str8 Brides for SSM

Decked out in wedding dresses, a group of 10 straight women marched about a mile through downtown Winston-Salem on Friday in support of same-sex marriage, prompting cheers and jeers on an issue that has stirred debate in North Carolina.

"I want to make this city a welcoming place to all people," said Elisabeth Motsinger, a parade participant and a member of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education.

It seem that Marriage equality is coming up all over NC. Maybe what happen in New York this pass week will help us here in NC. After all it was Four Republicans that help to bring SSM to New York.  

New York after all was the birth place (in part) of gay rights.

If it wasn’t for same wacked out bigots in Florida, California, and a few other state, gays rights would have been over and done with in the late seventies and early eighties.  Full Equality would have been done and life for many LGBT’s would have been much better today.
