While the men can show off theirs anytime they like.

First off, women’s breasts are not sex organs. Period. Scientifically, biblically, biologically and legally, they produce milk for misguided legislators and all their constituents as babies. Consult your textbooks and your Bibles — that’s what they’re there for.
