On days like these it's important to remember that no one person is responsible for the inequities that we battle each and every day.
And no one person can successfully move us beyond them.
It takes a village to raise a movement. 
And that's why we're working tirelessly to make this year's Equality NC Foundation Conference & Gala about building a village of fair-minded folks who can take our collective movement for Equality to the next level in 2012.
We've carefully chosen 2011 Equality Conference workshops to empower attendees with the skills, resources, understanding, and know-how it will take to defeat the anti-LGBT amendment in May. From our Equality Gala we'll honor many of the Equality Champions who are pivotal to our movement--now and moving forward.
