Sen. President Pro-Tem Berger states that he doesn't care if the Governor signs the budget at the recent NC GOP State Convention. Since when did the Executive Branch suddenly become irrelevant in our state government? Poor choice of words Sen. Berger.

Well this explains a lot, but to say you don’t a Governor or that the Executive Branch is irrelevant, proves that the GOP has their own plans which history has shown that GOP plans do more harm, damage then they ever did good, maybe at one time in history GOP did do some good, but recently it about them making themselves as rich as possible and keeping the rich richer and the poor poorer.
