Motion to separate unemployment benefits fix from state budget fails: 19-31. #NCGA

Sen. Apadoca says Democrats ought to vote for the budget to extend unemployment benefits. Where has Apadoca been since April 16 ? #ncga

Rep. Apodaca say to vote on the budget will restore benefits, possibly, by the weekend. #NCGA
