Mark Foley, the former Republican congressman from Florida who resigned in disgrace after he was caught exchanging sexually explicit messages with teenage boys, made a startling claim on Fox News last night, during his first interview on national media since 2006.
Speaking to Republican opinion host Sean Hannity, who’s been making quite a to-do about sex scandal plaguing Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY), Foley said he did not think it should be a crime to send sexually explicit messages to children.
Yes this is correct, Why not since when he didn’t it, he didn’t get in trouble like so many other men who had. They are all now on the Sexual Offender lists in their home states.
