Police have issued an arrest warrant for Johnny D. Guillen Pimentel, 40, a man they say is a suspect in a bizarre series of attacks in which young women were slashed in the buttocks at Fairfax County shopping malls.
Police said they think he may have left the area, and may be driving a blue, 2003 Honda Civic with Virginia tag KLX2689 .
